With grace, Susan brought a wealth of knowledge and humanity to my Kathmandu Valley visit. I would use her again, and highly recommend her to anyone who wants an insider's trip through Nepal. She took me off the beaten path and into charming neighborhoods, introducing me to a Living Princess, a homestay in a 17th century village, a high-end resort in the mountains, and numerous religious and culturual sites. And she's humble.

Susan is an amazing guide. I spent two days with her and, as a first time visitor to Nepal, she took me to the most important places to visit in the Kathmandu valley. Her explanations made those places come alive as she explained the historical significance as well as the current cultural importance of these places to the nepali people. I will certainly recommend Susan to my friends who are planning to visit Nepal and when I come back, I will be asking her to take me on more tours of this amazing place.

I had the pleasure of having Susan as my guide through many parts of Kathmandu. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, thoughtful and accommodating (keeping in mind my comfort and finding a restaurant where we could eat though most were closed for a holiday). She answered all my questions about the Nepalese religion and culture and was enthusiastic about showing me temples and sites off the beaten track.
