On our trip to Nepal in March we had 2 daytours (Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur and Nagarkot) with Anil and his wife Susan. Both are excellent guides. They took us to all important places of the cities and explained us everything in a very good English. From the first moment when we met them we felt to be part of their family, especially when they took us to a Nepali wedding. They introduced us to everyone and gave us the best places to follow the ceremony. Unforgetable!!! Susan and Anil, thank you for the two days.

If you are going to visit Nepal, the REAL Nepal and not just a tourism postcard ... you MUST see this wonderful country through the eyes of Anil! I was really lucky to meet Anil, I spent 3 fantastic days with him, discovering Kathmandù and the wonderful soul of people, the taste of traditional food, the sounds of the holy songs, the magic of the temples and the lights of the city centre.. an impressive and excellent overview of the city, from Boudhanath to Pashupatinath ... with a extra visit to an Ashram where we had a yoga class and to a voluntary association. It seemed to be in a film!! Anil is really professional and knowledgeable , he speaks a perfect English and can explain you at best every aspect of Nepalese culture, without beeing boring or ordinary, and .. always similing .. beacuse, as he teached me, "happyness is inside us". Visited Kathmandu a month ago with my family. We booked a 4-day tour with Anil, a local Newari man and enjoyed every bit of it! He was very accommodating and has excellent planning skills (he was able to squeeze into our personalised itinerary the spectacular scenic mountain flight over the Himalayas and would go all out to ensure that we do not miss it). I also appreciated how quickly and efficiently he responded to my email queries and last minute change in plan just days before arriving. He along with his sidekick, Mr Bim who was our driver throughout our stay are very professional, trustworthy, punctual and an absolute pleasure to be around with. Anil is very knowledgeable and speaks really good English that we had a wonderful introduction to Nepal's beautiful culture, temples and history as he relayed such information in an entertaining, informative way. He is also very approachable, non-materialistic and attentive. In addition to guiding, he and his wife, Susan, are also heavily involved in charitable work. Their devotion to their faith and improving Nepal’s tourism industry is truly admirable. Anil definitely went over and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a memorable trip to the Roof of the World! Me and my gifrlfriend traveled to Nepal for 8 days.. We are from Turkey and traveled unknown country with nothing but Anil Manandhar who was a local Newar guy of Kathmandu. We find Mr.Anil for to plan entire vacation. Because He was the best ranked guide in Nepal up to internet sites, so we decide to go with him. He is a professional from the very begining to the last. He planned everything for us, as we wanted. Picked up us from airport, managged where we eat, where we stay, where we go toilet also:) solved lots of problems for us and made them easily, And did this for 8 days so far. We asked everthing about his country and learned lots of things from him. He Came with us to Rafting, village walk, took lots of photos for us, explained us his culture excelent, arranged domestic flying tickets, and many many things, .. He has lots of talents also. Like playing different instruments, (best harmonica player ever) knowledge about energy stuff and philosophy about life.., Very kind and giant hearted, descent man. Anil was amazing. I have traveled to Africa, across Europe and throughout central America and have never been as pleased as after my trip though Nepal.
