Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Victoria falls Airport, Hotel Transfer, & Zambezi Sunset Cruise
- On arrival, guests are met at the Victoria Falls International Airport by a consultant who will arrange hotel transfer to the hotel.
- Guests will check-in at the Batonka Guest Lodge, a well-appointed lodge located close to Victoria Falls.
- Guests will be assisted to check-in at the lodge on arrival there, depending on the time they arrive they will freshen up and prepare for Zambezi sunset cruise. The activity takes two hours; guests will be served various snacks, local beer, local drinks, and wines low range and imported. The bar is unlimited; guests will have as much as they want during the cruise duration.
- At 16:00 hours, guests will be picked at the lodge to enjoy the Zambezi sunset river cruise, which will take 2 hours. When the activity is done, guests are transferred back to the lodge to have their dinner.

Day 2 - Activities in Victoria Falls
- Guests will have their morning breakfast and then prepare to be transferred for their first activity of the day, the Scenic Helicopter flight above the Victoria Falls.
- Scenic Helicopter15 minutes @8:00am, duration of activity is 45 minutes is the turnaround time for the activity, after the helicopter flight it will be time to do the Victoria Falls Guided Tour @ 10:00 pm for a duration of 2 hours,
- Lunch will be at the Lookout café overlooking the Batoka Gorge and the Victoria Falls Bridge built-in 1905 after lunch guests will have the option to do Shopping at the curio markets or be transferred to the lodge.
- Guests will do Boma Dinner and Drumming show at the safari lodge, return transfer included. Pick-up time is 6:45 pm, the activity takes 3 hours, and guests are transferred back to the lodge at 10:00 pm or anytime they may feel convenient to do so.

Day 3 – Departure to Chobe Botswana
- Check-out will be at 6:00 am. Depart to Kasane Botswana for Chobe game drive experience while staying at Chobe safari lodge.
- We arrange for a packed breakfast to have on the way, as on arrival, guests will do their morning game drive.
- Expected arrival time in Kasane [Botswana] is 7 am; guests will be assisted with all the boarder processes to minimise the delay. We encourage guests to have money in cash to pay for their visa should it be required as sometimes the visa machines may not be able to process payments due to network challenges.
- On arrival at Chobe safari lodge, guests will be assisted with check-in and be shown their rooms where they will freshen-up while they wait to have lunch at the hotel.
- In the morning guests will do a Game drive in the Chobe National Park, the activity will take 3 hours, the activity will finish towards lunchtime and guests will be transferred back to the lodge where they will have their lunch.
- In the afternoon, guests will do a Safari Boat Cruise at 3:00 pm; the safari boat cruise will be done in the Chobe River.
- Dinner will be served at the lodge; the guest will have time to relax and enjoy the lodge's ambience as the lodge is located along the Chobe River.

Day 4 – Departure from Kasane Airport to Nxai Pan Camp via Maun Airport
- Departure time will depend on the times advised by Moremi air which does all the flights to the camps.
- Guests are transferred to Kasane airport for their departure flight from Chobe Safari lodge.
- Meet and greet services at Maun airport.

Day 5 – NXAI PAN
- It was initially state land, and an area of 1676sp km was declared a game reserve in 1970. In 1992 the boundaries were extended to include the Baine’s Baobabs and National Park status was granted.
- The pans were once part of the super lake covering much of central Botswana including Lake Ngami and the Okavango Delta. The landscape is largely covered by grassland and dotted with umbrella acacia trees and mopane woodland clusters to the north. During the rains from November to late March, the landscape changes to lush green. The pans become covered in succulent grasses which large herds of antelope. During this period, Birdlife is prolific, many species being different to what one would see in the Delta-it is a birders paradise.
- Activities include game drives; nature walks led by one of the Bushmen trackers, star gazing and a day trip to the famous Baines Baobabs.

Day 6 – NXAI PAN
- The area is well known for large numbers of springbok and elephant, and during rainy season zebra migrate to the region. Giraffe and Oryx are also seen in large herds with up to 30 in the group. These large herds attract many predators- lions, cheetah, jackal, spotted and brown hyena and sometimes endangered wild dog and the secretive leopard.
- Activities include game drives; nature walks led by one of the Bushmen trackers, star gazing and a day trip to the famous Baines Baobabs.

Day 7 – SPLASH CAMP
- The camp is situated in the Okavango Delta within the private Kwara Reserve. The area has been known as Splash due to the huge water crossings that had to be negotiated to access the camp area.
- Located in a horseshoe shape around a natural waterhole, each of the 12 rooms is situated on a deck overlooking the waterhole which attracts game year around.
- All rooms are en-suite with a flush toilet, double sinks and both indoor and outdoor shower. Just in front of the main area is the fireplace where a light breakfast is served each day before heading off on activities and stories are told after supper in the evenings.
- Activities include game drives, nature walks, and night game drives in the private concessions with spotlights searching for 30% of mammals which are active at night. Makororo trip is also an essential delta experience.

Day 8 – SPLASH CAMP

Day 9 – Pom Pom Camp
- The camp is set in the tree line overlooking Pom Pom lagoon, and each tent has stunning private views. The camp also has a dining room, lounge, bar and swimming pool.
- Activities include morning and evening game drives with qualified guides; night game drives offer a breathtaking environment.
- A Mokoro trip is a fantastic way to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Okavango’s waterways and wildlife, boat cruises and fishing are water level dependant activity.

Departure from Pom Camp
- On the 10th day of the tour, guests will depart from Pom Pom Camp in Okavango to Maun and connect to a South African Airways flight at 1:30 pm to Cape Town.
