THE CYCLONIC TOURS CONNECTIONS INTRODUCTION: The company is called The Cyclonic Tours Connections.It was formed in July 2007 and ZTA Registered TOP 0207.DIRECTORS Page 2 of 4 The company is run by two directors who oversee the day-to-day running of the operations.DIRECTORS’ A ZTA accredited tour guide who has eleven years of experience in the industry.Has been operations manager for Air Zambezi.Is a holder of a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management (IC) REGINA MADINA (FINANCIAL & PUBLIC RELATIONS): A holder of a Diploma in Accounts. (Pitman).AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: * To be one of the best tour operators in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa.* To carry out the business of tours, transfers, and safaris professionally.COMPANY OPERATIONS: The main reservations office is in Victoria Falls.Our service range includes scheduled and private road transfers, tours and safaris, accommodation and destination management, and general ground handling services.Our operation spills into Zambia and Botswana.OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT: We currently have, 1 x 6 seater Nissan Legrand and 2 x 22 seater Toyota coaster buses. All of them are air-conditioned and in superb working condition. Page 3 of 4 For river cruises we have 2 x 40 seater fiberglass boats that are powered by 2x 60hp marine engines on each boat.These can be used for breakfast; lunch; sunset and dinner cruises.IMMEDIATE PLANS: Setting up operations in Zambia, Namibia, and Botswana.Registration is already in progress.FUTURE PLANS: To procure more and bigger buses with bigger capacity that will be used for large groups.INSURANCE AND EMERGENCY COVER: All operations are fully insured, passengers, and public liability.We, however, encourage our clients to have their own travel insurance covers.We have contracted Medical Air Rescue Services (MARS) in the event of an emergency.
