Itinerary

Day 1: Cape Town - Springbok
- The tour starts from Cape Town's inner city, where you are expected to be ready for the African adventure by 8 am African time.
- With all the bags packed and the briefing done, we proceeded to the N7 Northbound to Springbok, where we would have our first night.
- Please note that this is a whole day's drive. In good time, we get to experience the following:
- Goegap Nature Reserve - Nature & Wildlife Areas
- Beskus Tours - Canyoning & Rappelling
- Historical and heritage sighting.
- Aukwatowa Tour
- Lunch will be taken en route, and dinner will be at the accommodation or something similar.

Day 2: Orange River
- On this day, we drive to Orange River for our second and third nights. Since this is a short drive, we arrive at our accommodation much earlier than in the coming days.
- We will have a sunset canoeing on the Orange River before having dinner at the accommodation restaurant.

Day 3: Hobas - Ai-Ais Hot Springs
- Today, we drive to Hobas, an accommodation in an arid Namibian land.
- In good weather and early drive, we will pass by the Ai-Ais Hot Springs for lunch before proceeding to our accommodation location.
- We will have an afternoon drive to the Fish River Canyon Viewpoint to view a spectacular sunset and relaxation.
- We will have dinner in one of the bush restaurants or have it cooked by your cook guide.

Day 4: Hobas
- On this day, we relax in the warm springs.
- We will have an afternoon drive to the Fish River Canyon Viewpoint to view a spectacular sunset and relaxation.
- We will have dinner in one of the bush restaurants or have it cooked by our cook guide.

Day 5: Mariental
- On this day, we drive to Mariental, a small town named after the first settler’s farmer’s wife.
- We get to experience water sports at the Hardap Dam Resort.
- In good weather and traffic, we get to visit game parks that are at least 30km away from town.

Day 6: Sossusvlei
- On this day, we drive to Sossusvlei. The roads are mainly gravel and very uneven.
- We will unpack and prepare for our two nights’ accommodation with dessert activities on arrival.

- Olive Trail
- Sesriem Canyon

Day 7: Adventure at Sossusvlei
- On this day, we continue with the remainder of the activities, such as:
- Dune 45
- Deadvlei
- Hot air balloon

Day 8: Swakopmund
- On this day, we drive to Swakopmund through the desert.
- We have a short stop along the mountains for landscape pictures and another stop in Walvis Bay to view flamingos in their breeding environment. Since this is a long drive, we will relax before dinner.

Day 9: Adventure at Swakopmund
- On this day, we continue with activities of interest such as:
- Quad biking
- Sandboarding
- Dessert walk
- Sky diving
- Lunch packs will be ready in case of full-day participation unless a complete package of chosen (activities include lunch).

Day 10: Usakos
- Today, we drive to Usakos, a small town north of Swakopmund.
- We will spend a night in spitzkoppe, a mountain formed in a head shape where campers will have the privilege of erecting their tents, and lodgers will be accommodated in beds.
- We later drive to the mountain and watch the sunset from the top for those who can climb.

Day 11: Etosha National Park - Outjo
- On this day, we drive to Etosha National Park, northwest of Usakos.
- Here, we will go through Outjo, where we will have lunch before proceeding to the national park. Since this is a lengthy drive we will settle into our accommodation before heading to a sunset game drive.
- We will then have dinner in one of the restaurants or have a braai made by our guide.

Day 12: Wildlife Encounter
- On this day, we have a sunrise game drive that will last until lunchtime, during which we will enjoy other camps in the park.
- We will then return to our accommodation/campsite to relax or swim in the park’s swimming pool.
- On our drives, we gain a chance to see the following:
- Impalas
- Springboks
- Leopards
- Cheetahs
- Lions
- Elephants
- Hyenas
- Buffalos etc.

Day 13: Windhoek
- On this day, we drive to Windhoek, the capital of Namibia.
- We will have a short as we exit Etosha Park.
- En route, we will witness different cultures and have lunch in one of the towns.
- As we reach Windhoek, we will head to our accommodation and refresh.
- Enjoy a short city tour and learn about the country's history, people and wars.
- Later that evening, we will have dinner at one of their restaurants, which is famous for its ancient cuisine, game meat, and traditional meals.

Day 14: Botswana (Ghatsi)
- On this day, we drive to Botswana to a small town called Gantsi, named after a fly plague that once hit the area.
- Have lunch in one of the restaurants along the road or have sandwiches prepared by our guide.
- Check-in and drive to a village where the indigenes will perform traditional dances and tell stories of ancient living that directed modern-day living.

Day 15: Maun
- On this day, we drive to Maun, where we will settle in our accommodation and prepare all equipment and food parcels for the delta.
- Get a briefing about the following day as it is an eventful day where we will be driven first in a truck and then in canoes, also known as Mokoro. This is a fun-filled activity that one needs to try at least once and enjoy a shower-less, bath-less accommodation for at least two nights. However, temporary showers can be made.

Day 16: Okavango Delta
- On this day, we have a sunrise bush walk led by our site guide through the swamps.
- Drive to the delta in 2 modes of transport: trucks and canoes.
- We will have an opportunity to see Hippopotamus in their natural inhabitant.
Mosquito repellents and buck repellents are a must, as we will be experiencing nature first-hand.

Day 17: Okavango Delta
- On this day, we spent a 2nd day in the swaps enjoying nature in the bush.
- We then relax for the rest of the day.
- We enjoy more cultural dances and storytelling, also called the “Bush Festival”.

Day 18: Kasane
- On this day, we drive to Kasane, a town northwest of Botswana that borders Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
- We drive through Nata, where we will make a short stop before proceeding to Kasane.
- In good drive time, we will have lunch in Kasane or Nata if the lunch falls short of the time for the stop.
- On arrival, we will settle into our accommodation and prepare for a sunset cruise on the Chobe River.

Day 19: Chobe River Park
- On this day, we enjoy an early morning game drive along the Chobe River Park.
- There will be lunch packs as this drive may take well over lunchtime. However, if the drive takes less time than anticipated (no bad weather, poor health, etc.), lunch will be available at the accommodation.
- We then rest for the day in Botswana. We will have dinner in the early hours of the evening to give us a chance to prepare for border crossing practices.

Day 20: Victoria Falls
- Today, we drive 80 km to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe).
- Check into our accommodation and then visit the Falls.
- Here, you can walk freely into the park and take as much time as possible.
- We visit the flea market to view some artefacts for souvenirs (be cognisant of excess baggage).

Day 21: Victoria Falls Visit - End of Tour
- This is the last day of the tour. However, clients get to do other activities of interest:
- Lion walk
- Village visit
- Devil’s pool
- Catch ‘n Release fishing, etc.
