My husband and I and our 2 daughters 26 and 23 are travelling across South Africa. As soon we met Radheeka we knew we had made a good choice. Her enthusiasm together with her knowledge made for a great trip. We visited museums, sampled street food, went to a very special local coffee shop which pleased my husband very much. She took us to vineyards and took lots of photos which she sent onto us. She even took us to a local favourite of hers for breakfast, she even recommended a great African restaurant for us for dinner. After spending time with her we now have a better knowledge of Cape Town and Franschoek and look forward to returning at some point.

An Excellent Tour Guide in Cape Town

We all know how difficult it can be in selecting the right private tour guide from a multiple choices in the country you wish to visit. My wife and I planned to visit Cape Town during December 17 and January 18. After several email exchanges with a number of registered tour guides we made our decision to engage with Radheeka Reyatt based on her genuine desire to suggest interesting itineraries that would capture the highlights and beauty of Cape Town. My wife and I were not disappointed and would highly recommend Radheeka Reyatt to anyone visiting Cape Town. We were met upon arrival at Cape Town Airport by Radheeka who then dropped us at the cruise port where we boarded our cruise ship for an overnight stay. The next morning Radheeka met us at the Cruise Port where we then headed off to Table Mountain. Following the experience of the cable car ride and panoramic views along with some very knowledgeable history of Cape Town we headed off to Franschheok a beautiful town in the winelands where we enjoyed a walk and conversation. Then it was back to the ship for a cruise around South Africa for 2 weeks returning to Capetown. On our return Radheeka collected us from our hotel the next morning and then drove us to Cape Point where we experienced some absolutely stunning scenery and wildlife along with Radheeka’s engaging commentary before returning to our hotel. The next day Radheeka once again collected us from our hotel and this time it was off to the wine lands for wine tasting, lunch and sightseeing. The wineries Radheeka chose to visit were outstanding set amongst some of the most beautiful backdrops in the Stellenbosch region. After an absolutely stunning lunch at Tokako we then visited Stellenbosch town where after we returned to our hotel in Cape Town. The next morning Radheeka collected us from the hotel and took us to the airport where we said our goodbyes. In summary Radheeka was reliable, professional, polite, knowledgeable, humorous and totally flexible if we wanted to change our pre-arranged itinerary and therefore we would have absolutely no problem in recommending her as a five star tour guide.

We spent a beautiful day with Radheeka in Cape Town. We shared a good talk and also a good laugh. We have seen the beauty of Cape Town in its natural scenery whilst enjoying some lovely wine tasting in-between.Radheeka is such a lovely guide - easy to approach, lovely to communicate with and totally flexible in any requirements that you might have - even right on spot during the tour. She has a very good understanding of the scenery, politics, economics as well as the people in and around Cape Town. I highly recommend her. All the best.

Well I just retuned from my holiday a couple of days back. I visited South Africa for the first time. The best part of my holiday was the 3 days spent in Capetown, all thanks to our guide Radheeka. She was a true professional but at the same time very friendly. She comes with abundant knowledge about the place-the history involved, the culture, the food & drinks and also about the local people. The main highlights of our tour was visiting: The Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Botanical Garden, Castle, Visit to the Penguins, Cape of Good Hope, Chapmans Peak, Stellenbosch Town & Vineyards etc. She had an answer to all our quetions, addressed all our queries, adjusted the tour based on our interests, very easy going and nice to spend time with and have conversations.She was very sweet and also took us to a good restaurant, as we wanted to try out the local cuisine. As I am originally from India, her Hindi & Punjabi made the whole experience a bit more homely. Well to sum up I found a great friend in her and she made the trip an unforgettable one.

Radheeka could not have been a better guide. She was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable about a wide range of topics. She carries unique and diverse perspectives on South Africa that greately enriched not only my understanding of the places she brought me to, but of South Africa's social, cultural, and political climate. Radheeka was also incredibly kind, thoughtful, highly attentive, and organized, yet easy going and very easy to be around. She tailored the tour to my interests and adjusted as we went along. She is also just a wonderful and interesting person, which, although not necessary for a tour guide, made the whole day a special and unforgettable experience. She goes above and beyond in her work because it is clear she loves what she does and excels at it.
