9:30 am - Explore the Simonsig Wine Estate with your South African tour guide. Simonsig was the first winery in South Africa to produce MCC (Sparkling Wine). Kick-off the day with a selection of their award-winning MCC’s.
11:00 am - Head to Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons. The Rupert & Rothschild partnership is an amazing match of the modern and old world. Both the estate and their wines have an air of elegance and tastefulness.
1:00 pm - Proceed to Stony Brook Wine Estate. Nestled against the foot of the Franschhoek mountains, this boutique winery produces some of the most spectacular wines in South Africa.
3:00 pm - Visit Thelema Mountain Vineyards. High up against Simonsberg Mountain lies one of the most constant and excellent wine producers in Stellenbosch. Thelema consistently produces both exceptional white wines and red wines.
