Itinerary

1. Day 1: Cape Town City Tour

   • Visit the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest extant structure in the country, with your guide. Explore its history and significance as a maritime replenishment station and seat of military power. 
   • Enjoy the serene atmosphere of the Company Gardens, with its pristine lawns, shady paths, ornate fish ponds, and statues of past leaders. 

   • Journey to Signal Hill and ascend to its peak. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Cape Town, including Table Bay Harbour, the central city, and the Atlantic Ocean.

   • Visit the Mouille Point Lighthouse, the oldest solidly constructed lighthouse in South Africa. Discover its rich history and enjoy the coastal scenery.

   • Experience the iconic Noon Gun firing at midday (except on Sundays and public holidays). Witness the historical tradition that has echoed in Mother City since 1806.

   • Enjoy the spectacular views of Green Point Stadium, the waterfront, and Cape Town's CBD.

   • Explore the vibrant neighbourhood of the Bo-Kaap, formerly known as the Malay Quarter. Marvel at its colourful cottages and steep cobbled streets while immersing yourself in the area's fascinating Malay culture and heritage.  

   • Free day for leisure and personal exploration. Optionally, you can visit other attractions or engage in activities of your interest in Cape Town.

2. Day 2: Classic Wineland Tour

   • Discover the wine region, historic town of Stellenbosch, top-class wineries and world-renowned restaurants as you enjoy the fresh country air and a pace of life that is so laid back it is almost indicative of a bygone era.

   • Enjoy a wine tasting with cheese or biltong, and you will also have an opportunity to visit the cellar.

3. Day 3: Cape Peninsula Tour

   • Discover the variety of landscapes of the Cape Peninsula, ranging from craggy coastlines to majestic mountain peaks.

   • Enjoy one of the world's most spectacular coastal scenery routes, Chapman's Peak drive, meet the African penguins at Boulders Beach and prepare to be left speechless at the awe-inspiring scenery of Cape Peninsula—especially Cape of Good Hope, the most South-western point of the African Continent.

4. Day 4: Kirstenbosch and World of Birds sanctuary

   • Have the opportunity to walk in the most beautiful garden in Africa, a perfect place to revel in the natural beauty of Cape Town and its flora kingdom. The biodiversity of indigenous plants is a spectacular collection of proteas and plants from different regions, including savannah, fynbos, karoo and others.

   • For bird lovers, you will end the second part of your tour at the World of Birds Sanctuary, Africa's largest bird sanctuary, with over 3000 birds. You will be spoiled with different bird species, which can be seen from close range. Including birds of prey, blue crane, white peacock and some rare species. You will be able to see a few small mammals as well.

5. Day 5: The Best of Century City, Cape Town

   • Discover the pure example of how nature conservation can co-exist with extensive development, providing a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of luxury residential properties, business and shopping. It will give you an idea of what it is to live without impact on the environment. The bird sanctuary is hidden among buildings and mega shopping centres and is a delightful place to disappear into.

   • End your visit with the 100 statues in bronze of struggle heroes and heroines exhibition at Canal Walk. They depict icons who helped lead South Africa’s 350-year struggle for freedom and democracy.
