Itinerary

Pick-Up

Time: 7:30 AM or 2:00 PM (based on availability)
- Pick-Up Location: Guests will meet at the designated pick-up point in Melrose Arch.
- Introduction: The driver and guide will welcome guests, provide an overview of the day’s adventure, and ensure everyone is ready for the safari
Scenic Drive to Quad Biking Location

Time: 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Journey: Relax and enjoy the scenic drive as you head toward the horseback safari destination, passing through South Africa’s picturesque countryside.
- Sightseeing: Along the way, the guide will share information about the area, wildlife, and what to expect during the safari.
Arrival and Safety Briefing

Time: 9:00 AM or 3:00 PM
- Welcome: Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the safari team and introduced to their horses.
- Safety Briefing: A thorough briefing will be provided on how to ride safely, what to expect, and basic horse riding techniques.
- Gear: Helmets and other safety equipment will be provided.

What's Included

Transportation- Pick-up and drop-off from Melrose Arch in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle

Horseback Safari Ride- 1.5–2 hours of guided horseback riding through scenic landscapes and wildlife-rich areas

Horse and riding equipment (such as saddle and helmet) are provided

Safety Briefing and Equipment- Pre-ride safety briefing and guidance from an experienced guide

Helmets and other necessary safety gear will be provided

Guided Tour- An expert guide will lead the safari, providing insights into the area’s wildlife, flora, and history

Refreshments- Light refreshments such as water or snacks may be provided during breaks

What's Excluded

Entry Fees (if applicable)- Any park or reserve entry fees are not included and must be paid separately

Meals- Lunch, dinner, or additional snacks are not included, so guests are advised to eat beforehand or bring their own food

Tips and Gratuities- Tips for the guide and staff are not included and are at the discretion of the guest

Personal Expenses- Souvenirs, photos, or optional extras (such as additional activities or extended rides) are not included

Travel Insurance- Personal travel or accident insurance is omitted and should be arranged individually if desired
