Mekong River
- To embark on an unforgettable journey through the Mekong Delta, we will drive along provincial roads in the southern region of Vietnam. This scenic drive will take us through lush paddy rice fields, pineapple plantations, orchards, and charming small hamlets (a 2-hour drive).
- Upon your arrival in My Tho, you will embark on a local motorboat excursion along the Mekong River. During this journey, you will have the opportunity to visit several islands, including Dragon Island, Unicorn Island, Turtle Island, and Phoenix Island. Our first stop will be at the renowned Unicorn Island, where you will visit a local beekeeping farm and have the chance to taste various products, including pure honey, honey wine, rice wine, and banana wine.
- We will then continue our motorboat excursion to Ben Tre province, where you can observe the fascinating process of making coconut candy at a local workshop. We will then transfer to a small motorboat and cruise along the picturesque green canals. Our journey will lead us to a local restaurant where you will savour a delicious Vietnamese lunch.
- Moving on to another area on Unicorn Island, you will have the pleasure of sampling various tropical fruits in an orchard garden while enjoying the soothing melodies of Southern traditional music.
- To conclude this remarkable experience, you will be transported back to My Tho by a local boat. We will then take a bus back to Ho Chi Minh City, with an expected arrival around 5:30 PM. If time permits, we will make a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda for guests to visit.
