Hanoi Cultural Tour
- Meet the tour guide at 8:00 AM at the hotel lobby and visit the key historical attraction of the city, such as Hoan Kiem Lake; Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and the Hanoi Temple of Literature - a rare example of the Vietnamese architecture, dating back to the 11thCentury.
- Immerse in the unique cultural experiences right in the heart of the Old Quarter in the afternoon. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before taking a stroll around the charming Hanoi Old Quarter to explore the fantastic maze off the back street.
- Take a walk in the busy streets of Nha Chung, where several food and vegetable shops are always active every day.
- Stop at the old France's house for a tea break and discover more about the change in the local people's lifestyle and listen to the story of a family in each period.
- Step into the home of Mr Liem, a passionate seventh-generation puppet maker and performer. He is the creator of the mobile theatre and new puppet designs. Visit his humble abode, listen to his story, and understand how his love for this traditional art grows. Then, enjoy a private show in his small theatre and learn the basic techniques of using bamboo rods to move puppets through the water.
