1. Day 1: Mỹ Tho

   • Arrive at Con Phung (Phoenix Island) and savour a delicious Vietnamese lunch featuring regional specialities.
   • Engage in a leisurely bicycle ride or a stroll around the island's villages. Interact with the locals, learn about their unique way of life, and maybe even try your hand at some traditional handicrafts.
   • Return to the boat and navigate through the Delta's smaller canals, where you will be surrounded by lush greenery and floating markets.

2. Day 2: Cai Rang Floating Market

   • Wake up early to experience the vibrant Cai Rang Floating Market at its liveliest. Watch as boats laden with fresh produce and goods gather for this bustling market scene. Continue your exploration with a visit to a rice noodle factory to witness the traditional process of making this staple Vietnamese food.
   • Take part in a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare some authentic Mekong Delta dishes.
   • Bid farewell to Can Tho and head to Ben Tre, another charming Delta town known for its coconut production.
   • Enjoy a relaxing rowboat ride through the smaller canals shaded by coconut trees. Learn about the importance of coconuts in the local economy and try your hand at traditional fishing techniques.
   • Recharge with lunch before starting your journey back.
   • Visit Sa Dec Flower Village.
   • Return to the bustling city and reminisce about your Mekong Delta adventure, filled with rich cultural encounters and breathtaking scenery.
