I am Richard (Dick) Swarn, an experienced, licensed Tour Director and Tour Guide known as “Mr.New York City.” I am a New Yorker living right in the heart of the city that I love and love to show off to others.My passions are New York City itself, Broadway theatre, the arts, Central Park, and eating and walking in the diverse neighborhoods.I work hard to have everyone in my tour groups come to love the sights, sounds, events, activities, and even the smells and the pace of New York City as much as I do.I know the ins and outs of all regular and off-the-beaten-path places and events in NYC which ensures that my groups come away with a proper mix of wonder, education, and fun…and shopping.I have also lived in Chicago and over the last ten years have led tours in the major cities and areas between Boston and Washington, DC.I have traveled in all of the 48 contiguous states and visited London, Paris, and Rome.
