I served 20 years in the Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.My last command was the USS Nimitz where I served two 6 month tours in the Persian Gulf.I retired from the Navy on Dec.1, 2006, and moved to Hawaii where I spent one year working to establish residency, and started college in January of 2008.I completed my AA in December of 2010, and started working toward a BEd in Science for Secondary Education in January of 2011.Two of my dream jobs were to be a High School Science Teacher or a Planetarium Director.
