Itinerary

1. Meeting point

   • Pick-up and drop-off is at your hotel in downtown Salt Lake City (select hotels only).

2. Drive to Utah State Capitol Building

   • From the pick-up location we will start our driving tour towards the Utah State Capitol. 
   • Along the way, expect to see Union Station, Rio Grande Depot, the Gateway Mall, Main Street, Temple Square. 
   • We will stop at the Utah State Capitol for a quick visit inside.

3. The eastern side of Salt Lake City

   • From the Utah State Capitol we will continue our drive eastward, past the Cathedral of the Madeleine and the mansions on South Temple Street towards the University of Utah Campus. 
   • We will drive through Fort Douglas and around the campus to the Olympic cauldron. 
   • From there we will start heading West and drive past the city and county building, and then on to the Great Salt Lake State Park & Marina.

4. Great Salt Lake State Park & Marina

   • After leaving Salt Lake City, our tour continues to the Great Salt Lake State Park and Marina. 
   • Learn about "America's Dead Sea", its ecosystem, and the regional economic and environmental importance of the lake. 
   • A walk on the shore is optional.

5. Return to drop-off location

   • After a visit to the Great Salt Lake State Park, we will return to the location you were picked-up at or a different location of your choosing in downtown Salt Lake City (other attraction, restaurant).
