Itinerary

1. Day 1- Transfer to Murchison falls National Park

   • After breakfast, you will drive to Murchison Falls National Park. 
   • Along the way, you will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rhino trekking experience. 
   • Following this, you will proceed to the top of Murchison Falls before continuing to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

2. Day 2- Game drive and launch cruise

   • Early morning breakfast and then go for a game drive where you may spot various animal species like elephants, giraffes, lions, and Uganda Kobs. 
   • In the afternoon, you will go for a launch cruise on the park’s main tourist attraction, the unique Murchison Falls, as well as the River Nile with its streaming hippo and serried ranges of crocodiles along the sandbanks, as well as large numbers of different species getting down to drink & bathe.

3. Day 3- Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

4. Day 4- Chimp Trekking

   • After breakfast, you will set out for a chimpanzee trekking in one of the most diverse tropical forests in Uganda. 
   • This area is home to a variety of wildlife, including 13 species of primates, with chimpanzees being the highlight. 
   • After your trek, you will enjoy lunch before visiting the Bigodi Wetlands. 
   • Following this, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

5. Day 5- Game drive and launch cruise

   • Kick off your day with an exhilarating early morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector, where you're almost guaranteed to encounter magnificent wildlife, including elephants, Uganda kobs, and leopards. 
   • After the adventure, return to the lodge for a delicious late breakfast to fuel your day. 
   • In the afternoon, set sail on a captivating launch cruise, where you'll have the opportunity to spot impressive aquatic creatures like hippos and crocodiles. 
   • You'll also be treated to a stunning variety of water birds, making for an enriching and memorable experience.

6. Day 6- Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha

   • After your breakfast, Transfer to take a drive in Ishasha plains for your final visit with the lions and other wildlife continue to Bwindi. 
   • The drive takes you through the Switzerland of Africa area known as the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, arriving in the evening. 
   • Check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay

7. Day 7- Gorilla trekking

   • Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Begin your day with an early morning breakfast, then meet at the gorilla park headquarters for an insightful briefing with our knowledgeable park ranger guides. 
   • Next, immerse yourself in the breathtaking forest as you embark on a thrilling gorilla trekking experience. 
   • After connecting with these magnificent mountain gorillas, you’ll journey to the stunning Lake Bunyonyi, a perfect way to end your remarkable day.

8. Day 8- Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and Game drive

   • You will begin your day with breakfast before driving to Lake Mburo National Park. A
   • long the way, you will stop for lunch in Mbarara town. 
   • Upon arrival at Lake Mburo, you will enjoy a game drive where you can expect to see Impalas, as well as the less common Topis, Eland, Zebras, buffalo, and many other animals.

9. Day 9- Safari walk and Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe Airport

   • Experience the thrill of an early morning safari walk, where you'll immerse yourself in the captivating sights of herds of Impala as well as the rare Topis, Eland, and Klipspringer. 
   • You’ll also have the chance to spot Zebras and buffalo grazing nearby. 
   • After this unforgettable adventure, return to the lodge to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
