Itinerary

1. Day 1: Travel to Murchison Falls National Park

   • After breakfast, you will be picked up by our guide to start the journey straight away from Kampala to Nakasongora.  Have a brief stopover for lunch; meanwhile, freshen up and embark on MFNP. At the park, you will drive to the top of the fall while enjoying wildlife sightings such as the oribi and various bird species. At the top of the falls, widely open your eyes to witness the Nile squeezing through an 8m narrow gorge and eventually pour its roaring waters into a whirlpool about 43 meters below.
   • In the afternoon, you will later set off for the evening launch trip. For about three and half hours, you will enjoy up-close sightings of numerous wildlife species that throng the banks of the River Nile, for instance, hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, elephants, and a cocktail of birds such as African Trip fish eagles, red-throated bee-eaters, skimmers, cattle egrets, and among others. The river cruise ends at the base of the fall for yet another sight of these glamorous falls and returns to the pick-up point. While here, your guide will transfer you to the lodge to check in for the night.

   Meals Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

   Drinking Water and Fruits throughout.

2. Day 2: Game Drive and Transfer Back to Kampala

   • After the morning game drive, the guide will pick you up and head for yet another exciting wildlife sighting on the southern bank of the park. The drive will take shortly about 2 to 3 hrs. Thereafter you will proceed to the lodge for lunch and freshen up and meanwhile enjoy the paramount hospitality service of the lodge. In the Afternoon, the journey back to Kampala will start and be dropped off at the agreed location or Airport. Thus this brings the end of our 2 Days safari to Murchison Falls.
