Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport
- On your arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be picked up guide, who will brief you about your safari and then transfer you to your accommodation. Finally, do a city tour in the afternoon and visit local sights depending on your time.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls with stopover for Rhino Tracking
- Firstly, after morning breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your accommodation and head then out for Murchison Falls. The highlights of this park are, for example, the roaring rapids of the Murchison, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest National Park and while here you will have the chance of viewing lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants. Then surely you will be fascinated by the concentration of hippos and Nile crocodiles here. For birders, Murchison Falls boasts 450 bird species such as the elusive shoe-bill stork, dwarf king fisher, the white-thigh horn-bill, and the Goliath heron among others.
- Secondly, en route, make a stopover at Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary for your first Big 5 experience where you will have an hour of rhino tracking. Another stop will be in Masindi to enjoy your lunch. Continue to the park and furthermore check in to your accommodation to relax.

Day 3: Morning game drive and boat trip to the bottom of the falls
- After an early breakfast, certainly tour the Northern section of Murchison, with a high concentration of Savannah wildlife. Additionally, enjoy game viewing and photography of elephants, buffalos, waterbucks, giraffes, Uganda kobs and lions, leopards (if you are lucky), and various bird species. Lastly, return to your accommodation for lunch.
- After lunch, head out for the boat trip to the base of the falls in the afternoon. This trip is said to be the highlight of the safari in Murchison Falls since it surely allows you to get up close to the animal species within the water. Meanwhile, have a sight of Cruise past huge hippo pods, crocodiles, bathing buffalo, and numerous aquatic birds adorning the north bank on the way to the mighty waterfalls. You will also have an opportunity to take thousands of pictures. You will then hike (if you like) to the top of the falls. The hike is not only strenuous, but the thrill of reaching the top is unforgettable. Return to your accommodation after that and freshen up.

Day 4: Transfer from Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park
- Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge and embark on your drive to Kibale Forest shortly. You will enjoy the gorgeous scenery of this countryside, making the journey even more exciting. Then have your lunch en route in Fort Portal, the Tourism City, and continue as you will have great views of the Rwenzori ranges. Eventually, check in at your lodge and, later in the evening, go for a guided nature walk in Bigodi wetland, home to various birds and primate species.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking, and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
- Get up so early for breakfast and head to the park headquarters. Here you will be briefed and later start off with Chimpanzee trekking in the forest. Kibale forest is among the charming places well-known for different primates and several crater lakes in Uganda. You will surely see the chimps in their natural environment in the morning. These chimps are also exciting, and continuously this very close encounter will reward you with a memorable experience on your trip, after you get back to the lodge for lunch and check out.
- After lunch, you will drive straightaway to the Mweya peninsula in Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving late afternoon. Finally, check-in and relax from the tiresome journey.

Day 6: Game drive – Afternoon Boat cruise – Community walk to Lake Katwe salt mining village
- After your breakfast, surely head out for a morning game drive at Kasenyi track of the park. Common sightings here are elephant, warthog, waterbuck, kobs, leopard, lions, hyena, buffalo, and so much more. The activity lasts three to four hours, after which you will return to the lodge for refreshments. However, you will visit Katwe fishing and salt mining village after the short break. In season, you will see plenty of flamingos in this part of the park and finally return to the lodge for lunch.
- In the afternoon, you will then head out for an afternoon boat cruise on the well-known Kazinga Channel to see schools of hippos and basks of crocodiles. The Channel has the highest concentration of hippos in Africa it is also a great place for birders to enjoy most as you will see hundreds and hundreds of birds on the shore; you can easily identify over 40 species while on the boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Lastly, return to the lodge after the trip.

Day 7: Morning game drive – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable NP
- After your morning breakfast, head out for a game drive to look for wildlife on the Kasenyi track of the park. Common sightings here are; elephant, warthog, waterbuck, kobs, leopard, lions, hyena, Uganda Safari Tour, and buffalo. You will then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP via Ishasha sector, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions, for another game drive to look for the tree-climbing lions and head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a home to the famous half of the worlds endangered mountain gorillas.
- This ancient rain forest - one of the few in Africa to have flourished throughout the last Ice Age -is home to roughly half of the world’s mountain gorillas. Arrive to check in and have lunch, relax or go for an evening village walk and shopping at the craft market before dinner

Day 8: Gorilla trekking Bwindi & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation, sightseeing.
- Have breakfast, and then move to the rangers’ post. You will receive some briefing (from a ranger guide) on the dos and don’ts during trekking. After that, you will enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure. The beauty of this rainforest surely is spectacular! The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists.
- The time taken and the terrain varies, as well as the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants is unforgettable.
- After that, you will return for lunch and drive off to Lake Bunyonyi. The lake is not only framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of (2,200 – 2,478m) but also it’s the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it most magical — you could admire them all day.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo NP and enjoy afternoon (evening) game viewing
- Firstly, have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo NP via Mbarara town. You will arrive in the early afternoon and rest before proceeding for the late afternoon (evening) game viewing. While on the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland antelopes, zebras, topis, impalas, Uganda kobs and Cape buffalos, among others.
- Later, relax at the accommodation where you will spend the night. Optional: If you are interested, you may go out for the breathtaking Mburo night game drive (at an extra cost on the ground). During the night game drive, expect to see nocturnal creatures, including snakes, hyenas, owls and the elusive leopard (on a lucky day).

Day 10: Mburo nature walk and transfer to Entebbe Airport for your flight out
- Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed for the Mburo morning park (bush) walk with an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide. On this early morning guided walk, you will have the opportunity to encounter (at close range) Zebras, Uganda Safari Tour, Giraffes and Eland, Topi and other antelope, and Cape buffaloes, among others.
- Lastly, take the Trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will especially have a great view of 9 of the twelve lakes surrounding Lake Mburo NP. Afterwards, return to the accommodation for checkout and then hit the road to Entebbe airport for your flight.
