Description
Embark on a tour to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where you will have the opportunity to trek through dense forests in search of gorillas. Experience the scenic countryside and cultural stops along the way. Optional community visits provide deeper insights into local life before returning to Kampala or Entebbe Airport.
Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Pick up from the Airport or Hotel
- Drive to the southwest of Uganda via scenic countryside, have a stopover at the equator point for photography, and have a chance to stand at 0 degrees latitude marginal line
- Lunch is served along the way, and there are enough stopovers for scenery viewpoints and local interactions where necessary
Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Mist camp

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Optional Community Visit
- After an early breakfast, drive a short distance to the briefing grounds and be entertained by the local women, who will surely portray their skills while dancing with the local folks, you will be briefed by the ranger guide about dos and don'ts, after you are given your gorilla group , it will be your time to explore the dense forests of Bwindi, feel the cold breath, and get entertained by the forest birds with a chance of encountering antelopes like the dykers. note that the trekking to the gorilla can either be short, medium or long. you are advised to prepare yourself for the ultimate experience. drinking water, a snack, rain jackets, walking sticks are all required. there's a provision of porters who can push you and carry your bags you may hire one to ease your trekking. while with gorillas, you are given one good viewing hour and after embark on your journey back to your starting points.
- Once all this is done, get back to your lodge and briefly go on a community experience if there is time or if you can, it is optional.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala/ Entebbe Airport
- Have an early breakfast and embark on your journey to Entebbe Airport or Hotel. Have a fair drive to the airport as you drive from gorilla land to your next destination. Have a few stopovers for lunch and leg stretch, photography and much more.
End of the tour.
