Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Let the guide pick you from your hotel early at 6:30 am and transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable Rainforest.
Stop briefly at the Equator for photography and enjoy an en-route lunch in Mbarara.
Admire the beautiful scenery of Kabale, also referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa”, while you traverse the vast countryside.
Arrive in Ruhija in the evening and prepare for gorilla trekking the next morning.
Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Mist Camp/Ruhiija Lodge or Bakiga Lodge.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Report to the Park Headquarters after an early breakfast with your packed lunch. Receive a briefing from the senior park ranger guide.
Set out to track the gentle giants through thick vegetation as you hike up and down slippery slopes. Be vigilant to listen to the vocal communications and follow them until you finally catch sight of a family of gorillas.
Observe and learn their habits while taking photos. This forest is a haven for primatologists and ornithologists.
Return to the lodge to freshen up.
Get a chance to go for a cultural walk to the Batwa community and the neighbouring local community in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha, the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park. Search for rare tree-climbing lions whilst looking for animals like antelopes, kobs, gazelles, and bushbucks.
Arrive for lunch at Mweya lodge and, in the afternoon, go for a 4 pm boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. Enjoy close-range views of Crocodiles, Hippos, Buffalos, Elephants, and various birds like pelicans, African skimmer, African fish eagle, etc.
Embark on an evening game drive to search for some wild animals sightings.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge/Kyambura Game Lodge or Enganzi Lodge.

Day 4: Kibale Forest National Park
Go for a game drive to the Kasenyi Sector, where you will be rewarded with sights of animals like lion, bushbucks, possibly Leopard and many others.
Proceed to Kibale Forest National Park and enjoy an early lunch.
Stroll through the incredible Bigodi wetland sanctuary.
Dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge/Crater Safari Lodge/Primates Lodge or Chimpanzee Guest House.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala
Gather at the park headquarters for briefing, and then go for chimpanzee tracking in the forest and encounter other primates.
Return from the trek to set off to Kampala and reach back by early evening.
