Itinerary

1. Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

   • Pick up from Nairobi Hotel by our safari representative, who will also be your driver guide. Meet, greet and safari highlights for your adventure to explore Masai Mara.
   • We drive down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley. We arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch.
   • In the evening, we take our first thrilling game drive in one of East Africa’s top safari destinations. Later, return to the lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay at Explore Mara Nature Lodge

2. Day 2: Full Day Safari Experience at Masai Mara Game Reserve

   • After breakfast, leave for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch at the Mara River migration bride area. This day is spent game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park.
   • Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara, you will see a frequent amount of wildlife, such as Masai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers.
   • It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are reasonably common as well. Later, return in the evening for dinner and overnight at Explore Nature Mara Lodge.

3. Day 3: Morning Game Drive at Masai Mara and Transfer to Nairobi

   • Early morning game drive and later return to lodge/camp for breakfast and check out.
   • Leave for Nairobi with a game drive en route and a stopover along the way for a chance to buy souvenirs. 
   • Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, and we will drop you at the hotel/residence.
