Tour the Jewish past in Odesa
Your Odesa tour guide and driver will take you to the houses of some famous Jewish people in Kyiv. Then you will visit an old Jewish hospital and two existing synagogues (Habat and Main).
Proceed to see the Brodsky synagogue which is the second largest synagogue in Kyiv. This holy site is of great cultural importance to the Jewish people who visit Kyiv.
Later on, you will be taken to Moldavanka, the Jewish region of Odessa and where you will see the Alley of Righteous Gentiles which is considered an important site in the holy city of Yad Vashem, Road to Death which is the path that the Ukranian Jews walked on towards their deaths and the Holocaust memorial built in remembrance of all those who were murdered by the Nazi hand.
During the tour, you can optionally visit a private museum of Jewish history (additional entrance fee on the spot) which will help you gain a deeper understanding of the WW2 period's eventualities and their impact on the Jews.
