I love meeting new interesting people and doing my best to help them feel very comfortable in my city.Some comments: in June 2012 I and a few friends visited Ukraine to watch England play in the European championships.I'd visited Ukraine twice before so I knew would encounter certain problems and with us possibly staying for as long as 1 month, before we traveled I looked online for someone who could help with our travel plans found Natalya offering her services as a guide so I contacted her having emailed her a few times I found her English very good she understood what I wanted I trusted her straight away and within a couple of weeks I had no problem sending her £300 for train tickets, when we were in Ukraine we all found Natalya very helpful I could call her any time from any city in Ukraine and she would have a taxi pick us up charging a price no tourist could get for the same journey, she organized sim cards for me and my friend's phones, taxis anywhere I needed, hotels, train tickets and at one stage when she could not help she got her husband Michael to go the train station for us to buy our tickets and then he came to our hotel to drop them off with us.when Natalya came to meet us she was very professional spoke perfect English her fees were never questioned by any of us and we were always happy to give her a few extra quid for her time and her help I feel as a guide Natalya is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her clients.Lee Waite is from Finland, been here and there.On my last passport, all continents discovered.Dnipro is one of the most exotic places, the best thing is lack of tourism, which makes it very original.people are friendly and caring.I got in touch with Natalya 2-3 months before my stay at Dnipro, and things run very well! She was at the airport when we arrived, with a private driver, Andrew (very trustworthy as well).Natalya and Andrew were disposals at any time we needed, and when we traveled to Donetsk with Andrew driving us, Natalya called once in a while to check that things are running ok.I would recommend her to anyone visiting Dnipro, you get so much more from the city her touring you around.Everything is possible in this city with her help, Finnish Sauna, Cruise in the river, or even JET SKI rental : )Our main reason for the visit was EURO 2012, perhaps would not have considered visit otherwise, but now I feel different, it was more than just football.
