Description
Experience the beauty of Kilimanjaro's Marangu Route, known as the Coca-Cola Route. Marangu offers a captivating ascent to the summit. It is the oldest route on Mt Kilimanjaro and is also one of the most popular – mainly because it is the only route on the mountain that has hut accommodation for hikers. En route to the Uhuru Peak, a side trip to Maundi Crater is a great way to see towering eucalyptus trees, birds and colobus monkeys; top of the Roof of Africa will not disappoint you; it has the best sunrise you can witness in Africa.
