Go on a biking day tour of the city that witnessed WWI and WWII from up close. Visit the Mkwawa Kalenga museum, Isimila Stone Age site and various other attractions on this short tour.
Itinerary

Iringa Biking Tour
Pick up from the hotel at 7:00 am and travel to Mkwawa Kalenga museum on a bike.
Have breakfast at Kalenga and depart for the Isimila Stone Age site.
Visit the Tosamaganga Roman Catholic Church on the way.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Arrive at the Isimila Stone Age site and visit a museum to learn about the history of old stone tools found at the site that are 1.5 million years old.
Cycle through the canyon, down a steep footpath up to the viewpoint for the beautiful Natural Earth pillars.
Spend some time by the pillars where the earth has a warm reddish tint and spot different birds and trees.
Return to the hotel.
