Tanzania Safari to Lake Manyara National Park
- Your guide will pick you up from your Arusha/Moshi accommodation at 6:00 a.m. and brief you about the day's activities. Our 3.5-hour journey from Moshi will expose you to the beauty and vibrant colours of Tanzania's landscape. The road will initially traverse through the town of Moshi, then head to Arusha, allowing you to observe the everyday life of Tanzania.
- We will continue through coffee plantations, followed by the Maasai plains. You might even spot Maasai herdsmen tending to their flocks of cows and goats in search of better pastures. Your tour guide will provide you with essential information and expectations for the day. Lake Manyara National Park is our destination, known for attracting a diverse array of animals, including the famous tree-climbing lions, elephants, the endangered African wild dog, large troops of baboons, and flocks of flamingos that grace the beautiful lake. With over 400 other bird species in the area, there's a lot to discover.
- As the midday sun bathes the landscape, our game viewing will continue. Later, we will head back to Arusha/Moshi for dinner and overnight accommodation. This marks the end of your Tanzania safari, a one-day tour to Lake Manyara National Park.
