Itinerary
-
Day 1: Arusha to Arusha National Park
- Commence the Northern Circuit Safari by travelling to Arusha National Park to game drive along the shores of Momella lakes and through the bronzed bush where the Ngurdoto Crater Buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, and Gazelle reside throughout the year.
- Spot the elusive leopards and elephants during this exquisite game drive.
- Stroll across the Northern Circuit Safari to feel the sensation of Africa's vibrant pulse through the soles of your feet and experience the bush at its core, accompanied by an armed ranger.
- Move through the luscious forest up to the crystal waterfall, which leads you to the area for viewing the black and white colobus monkeys.
- Proceed back to Arusha in the late afternoon.
-
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
- Continue to the Tarangire National Park, a scenic heaven with diverse bird species.
- Marvel at the Tarangire wildlife, which includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and baboons. The number of herds of African elephants, the largest mammal on land in the park, is also remarkable.
- Enjoy the memorable Northern Circuit safari and then drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay.
-
Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
- Start towards Serengeti National Park, which contains the world's largest concentration of wildlife, including zebra, gazelles, lions, wildebeest, elephants, and giraffes.
- Seasonal migration of the masses of wildebeest is a magnificent sight. Serengeti means 'The Land that Moves on Forever', and the splendid plains of Savannah validate this.
- Stop for lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping), then start the game drive further into the park.
- Once over, proceed to the Serengeti for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.
- Start towards Serengeti National Park, which contains the world's largest concentration of wildlife, including zebra, gazelles, lions, wildebeest, elephants, and giraffes.
-
Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
- Enjoy the morning safari when the calls of the animals are clear and scents of crisp air linger. Tracks left by predators on the prowl are untouched and could lead us to their den. The splendid rays of orange, pink, and purple emerge on the horizon as the birds' melodies harmonize.
- Eat lunch in the park, home to leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elands, wild dogs, crocodiles, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, and various antelopes.
- Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the afternoon.
-
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park
- Descend to the Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning for a game drive and a picnic lunch.
- Come across vultures, zebra, hippos, wildebeest, and hyenas. Due to the lofty structure, few animals migrate in and out of the crater, so there is a big chance of seeing every member of the Big Five in one day. The alkaline lake attracts flamingos, geese, and storks. A large amount of wildlife and the fauna and flora are traits that contribute to the title of Africa's Garden of Eden.
- Discover all the glorious wonders of nature while exploring Ngorongoro.
- Drive to Lake Manyara for dinner and an overnight stay.
-
Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
- Enjoy the array of vistas extending miles along the emerald base of the gold-flecked Rift Valley escarpment at Lake Manyara National Park.
- Discover some wildlife, including buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, mongoose, klipspringer, and bushbuck.
- Be amazed by the colouration of giraffes and the tree-climbing lions that roam the savannah plains. Monkeys climb to the canopies of the forest whilst the hippos disguise themselves in the waters of the soda lake.
- Delight in the lunch served at the park, which is followed by a game drive.
- Drive back to Arusha.
