Itinerary

1. Day 01: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

   Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 06:00 am and brief you about what will be covered on the day. our 3:30 hours journey from Arusha will open your eyes to the beauty and color of Tanzania land, the road will first traverse along the town of Arusha heading to Tarangire and you will get to see the normal Tanzania life after that we will keep traversing though coffee plantations, followed by Maasai plain land. You might even spot Maasai herdsmen with their flocks of cows and goats finding better pastures. Your Nike Tours guide will keep you informed about all the important details and what is to be expected on this day after arrival at the park all formalities will be handled and your adventure to wild Tarangire begin; in Tarangire elephants are very popular and can be easily spotted throughout the park, the ancient baobab trees are also scattered everywhere in the park, your guide will take you to all the spots with animals like zebras, antelopes, lions, giraffe, and buffalos. Lunch will be offered in one of the picnic sites located in the park, and more time for game viewing will be after your lunch. After a full day of game driving in Tarangire you will transfer to Manyara for dinner and overnight.

2. Day 02: Ngorongoro Crater

   An early breakfast will be offered at your respective camp /lodge, and we will head to the Ngorongoro conservation area after arrival, we will descend to the crater for game viewing in the world’s largest caldera that has astonishing scenery with a very high concentration of animals even the endangered black rhino. The land is home to many elephants, so keep your eyes open to see this large mammal. Ngorongoro crater has many animals: 15,000 wildebeest, 9000 zebras, 400 hyenas, about 120 lions and around 50 highly endangered species of black rhino. The crater also has a good number of birds, including the augur buzzard, rufous – tailed weaver, fan – tailed widowbird, and anteater chat. The water sources in the crater may be one of the reasons the animals are glued to the area. After a long day of game viewing, we will retire to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and a night’s rest at your lodge/camp.

3. Day 03: Lake Manyara to Arusha

   Begin your exciting day by getting a hot breakfast in your accommodation and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. The park attracts a wide variety of animals including tree climbing lions, elephants, the endangered African wild dog, large troops of baboons and flocks of flamingos can be spotted decorating the beautiful lake and more than 400 other bird species. As the blazing mid-day sun keeps bathing the land, game viewing will proceed, and later, you will head back to Arusha/Moshi for dinner and overnight. End of tour
