Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro

   • Early in the morning, you will leave Moshi or Arusha town and drive toward Ngorongoro national park. After a few hours, you will pass a supermarket and take a few minutes to do the shopping for any personal effect you may need. You will arrive in Ngorongoro after 3 hours. Then we will descend over 600m to the crater to view the wildlife. Ngorongoro crater is often called the world's largest caldera. It is often referred to as 'Africa's Garden of Eden'. The crater has a definite world-class attraction that surrounds by many wild animals. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania. It’s home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and the “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration.

2. Day 2: Ngorongoro – Serengeti (Central Seronera)

   • After breakfast, we will continue toward Wild Africa at Serengeti (central Seronera) where the visitor will pass the Lobo area near central Serengeti national park. Most wildebeest migration normally passes at the Lobo area around July and August to Kenya’s Masai Mara in late October and November en route to southern Serengeti national park. Serengeti national park holds the largest population of lions in Africa. More than 3000 lions live in this ecosystem. African leopards, this reclusive predictor, is commonly seen in this Seronera region but are present throughout the national park with a population of around 1000 African elephant are mostly found in this area; A visitor should enjoy the game drive at central Serengeti national park.

3. Day 3: Serengeti (Central) – Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Area)

   • After breakfast at the camp, we proceeded to depart for a game drive and review the great migration at central Serengeti national park. In the northern Serengeti national park, also known as the Wagakuria area, we do the game drive route from the Lobo area to the Wagakuria area. As we head north, visitors can see many animals at Serengeti, like giraffes, plain game, herds of buffalo, and elephants. In mid of July to October, a movement of animals passing through the mara river herd of wildebeest gazelle and zebra begin their spectacular annual migration northwards. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, and after lunch, we will enjoy an afternoon game drive at the KOGATENDE area. The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Wagakuria area from Mid-July to October, depending on rainfall patterns. A long stretch of the Mara River runs through the northern Serengeti National Park.

4. Day 04: Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

   • After breakfast, a visitor enjoys a game drive to the Kogatende area, and much wildlife is found there. This camp is used for the Serengeti Mobile Green Camp from July till the end of November when the migration is in the Northern Serengeti and hopefully crossing the Mara River. The camp is approximately 20 minutes from the Mara River and set up on a ridge under large evergreen trees overlooking a large part of the Northern Serengeti wilderness zone, where a large group of wildebeest crosses the river and can enjoy wild animals in peace. A visitor can also use Hot Air Balloon to enjoy wild animals.

5. Day 05: Northern Serengeti (Kogatende) – Arusha

   • After breakfast, you will take a full game drive at northern Serengeti(kogatende). In the afternoon, you will transfer to Kogatende airstrip to Arusha airport. After arrival at Arusha airport, you will meet our driver, who will drive back to Arusha town. The guest is supposed to get lunch. After finishing having lunch, you will be taken to the hotel.
