Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

   In the morning, we will start our journey to Tarangire National Park, where you can marvel at the large termite mounds and historic baobab bushes. The picturesque scenery and abundant wildlife contribute to the serene atmosphere of Tarangire National Park. The remarkable elephant population is a truly magnificent sight. African elephants are the largest land mammals, with males weighing up to seven tons. Tarangire is home to various animals including lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and baboons. In the evening, after the game drive, we will take you to Mto wa Mbu where you will have dinner and spend the night.

2. Day 2: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

   After a delicious breakfast, we will continue our journey to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There is a chance to spot wildlife along the way. The endless golden savannah, with its diverse vegetation and variety of mammal species, makes it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. You can enjoy your picnic lunch on a kopje (a small hill in a normally flat area). We will then proceed further into the Serengeti for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night in Serengeti.

3. Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

   We will start our day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti. The savannah comes alive as the sun rises, and the air is filled with the melodies of the birds. After lunch, we will continue with a game drive in the Serengeti. In the evening, we will begin our journey to Ngorongoro, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

4. Day 4: Ngorongoro to Arusha

   After an early morning breakfast, we will ascend to the Ngorongoro Crater, as it is a great time to encounter different animals. On this day, we can enjoy a game drive across the crater and stop for a picnic lunch at the Ngoitokitok picnic site. The Ngoitokitok spring is home to many hippos and migratory birds, offering guests a delightful view. The Ngorongoro Crater is home to some of the most powerful animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the massive elephant, the stealthy leopard, the charging rhino, and the powerful water buffalo. Within this incredible crater, you can expect to see playful zebras, lumbering hippos, swift wildebeest, and cackling hyenas. Additionally, there are flocks of graceful flamingos along Soda Lake while hungry hawks and vultures circle the sky searching for their next meal from discarded carcasses. Beautiful storks, ibises, and cranes are popular water birds in the crater, a sight not to be missed. After a delightful afternoon of animal sightings, we will finally begin our journey back to Arusha.
