Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha to Arusha National Park

   • We meet early at dawn to drive to the alluring and often overlooked Arusha National Park. Arusha is a jewel of Tanzania with various plants and animals that will take your breath away. You'll explore the shores of tranquil Lake Momella, reflecting the colors of the sky in its calm waters, and witness the vibrancy of the brown bush where buffalo, antelope,
      giraffe, wild boar, zebra and gazelle of Ngurduto Crater roam. These live year-round, so you're likely to see a diverse range of animals wherever you go.
   • The elusive leopards and elephants tend to be shy in Arusha, but there's a good chance of seeing them too.
   • You also have the opportunity to take a fascinating walk on foot in a completely different feeling, feeling the beating pulse of Africa through the soles of your shoes. At a slower pace, you can begin to understand Africa. You'll get up close and personal with flora and fauna, but stay safe, accompanied by an armed ranger who will guide you through lush forest to the clear springs of a shimmering waterfall. Arusha National Park rangers are extremely understanding and as you wander around you will learn a great deal about the park's biodiversity and immediately spot a tribe of black and white colobus monkeys which are famous in the park for their acrobatics. back to Arusha.

2. Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

   • We leave Tarangire National Park and explore the gigantic termite mounds and ancient baobabs. This park is famous for its various bird species and large elephant population. Relentless lion, giraffe, warthog, ostrich, impala, cheetah, mongoose, buffalo and mischievous baboons are regularly sighted. After seeing the wildlife in Tarangire, we will continue our journey to our next highlight, the Ngorongoro Crater and the nearby Lake Manyara. 

   Dinner and overnight.

3. Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

   • After breakfast, you will be driven from Arusha to Lake Manyara. Located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park offers scenic and diverse scenery. We will have a picnic in the beautiful park. A variety of habitats, also accompanied by tropical rainforests, soda lake and savannah, support the extremely diverse ecosystem. The reserve is home to over four hundred species of birds, some of which are migratory, and is a bird watcher's delight.
   • Lake Manyara is home to legendary tree-climbing lions, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, impalas and hippos. In the late afternoon, we are back in Arusha.
