Itinerary

1. Day 1: Serengeti National Park

   • Your adventure begins with a transfer to Zanzibar Airport, where you'll board a flight to the legendary Serengeti National Park.
   • Upon arrival, dive straight into the wilderness with an exhilarating afternoon game drive. 
   • Later, unwind and savor a delicious dinner before settling in for the night at Moyo Tented Camp. Lunch, dinner, daily drinking water, and non-alcoholic beverages are all included.
   • Serengeti National Park is celebrated as a haven for incredible wildlife, home to approximately 3 million large animals. 
   • Many of these species partake in the awe-inspiring seasonal migration, one of nature's most extraordinary phenomena. Spanning 14,763 km² (5,700 mi²), the Serengeti's name comes from the Masai word Siringet, meaning "endless plains," perfectly capturing the boundless beauty of this iconic landscape.

2. Day 2 : Serengeti National Park

   • Start your day early with a steaming cup of coffee before embarking on an exciting morning game drive. This serene time of day, with minimal vehicle activity and predators on the move, offers the perfect chance to witness nature at its most vibrant.
   • Return to the lodge mid-morning for a hearty breakfast before continuing your journey.
   • Enjoy a thrilling game drive as you transit to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you'll stop at a picturesque picnic site for lunch, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Serengeti’s endless plains.
   • As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and wildlife encounters before arriving at your lodge near the Ngorongoro Crater rim.
   • Keep in mind that temperatures can drop significantly at night, so be sure to pack warm clothing for a cozy and comfortable evening.

3. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Adventure and Optional Night Safari

   • Start your day with an early departure from your camp as you make your way to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most celebrated wildlife havens. The crater is home to over 30,000 animals, including the iconic Big Five: lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and the elusive black rhino. The dramatic landscape, paired with the dense concentration of wildlife, makes this a truly remarkable safari destination.
   • In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing stop at a picnic site near a serene hippo pool. 
   • As you savor your packed lunch, take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the crater while the sounds of grunting hippos create a unique symphony of the wild.
   • After lunch, continue exploring the crater's diverse ecosystems, from open savannahs to lush forests, and marvel at the wide array of animals in their natural habitat. 
   • By late afternoon, ascend from the crater floor and head toward your carefully selected accommodation for a well-deserved dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

   Optional Activity: Manyara Night Game Drive

   For those seeking an extra thrill, opt for a night game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, available at an additional cost of $200 per person. As the sun sets, Manyara transforms into an entirely different world, with nocturnal animals emerging under the cover of darkness. Spot animals like porcupines, bush babies, and even leopards as they come alive at night. This exclusive experience offers a rare glimpse into the nocturnal wonders of the African wilderness.

4. Day 4: Tarangire National Park

   • Prepare for an action-packed day filled with adventure! After a delicious breakfast, you’ll set off for Tarangire, famously known as "the land of giants." Your safari guide will meet you for a scenic 45-minute drive to the park’s entrance.
   • Once inside, embark on a thrilling game drive through Tarangire’s remarkable landscapes, where you’ll have ample opportunities to capture stunning wildlife moments. Pause for a relaxing picnic lunch by the river’s edge, surrounded by the natural beauty of the park.
   • Tarangire is renowned for its incredible annual elephant migration, rivaling the Serengeti’s Great Migration. During the dry season, the sight of massive herds of elephants congregating at the riverbanks is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
   • Following another exciting game drive, it will be time to say farewell to Tarangire. Your guide will then transfer you to Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport for your evening flight back to Zanzibar, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
