Itinerary

Day 1: Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park
- At 5:00 a.m., depending on the location of their hotel, participants will be picked up and transferred to the airport for their flight to Arusha, set to land around 9:15 a.m.
- From Arusha, the journey continues with a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, some of the largest in Africa. As the group travels through stunning landscapes, they will gradually approach the park, which is rich in both wildlife and natural beauty.
- The river is a key feature of the park, drawing in a wide array of animals and providing a perfect setting for wildlife viewing. The park is home to an impressive variety of animals, including giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, impalas, elands, warthogs, and, of course, large herds of elephants.
- The game drive will last approximately 7-8 hours, offering plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the park.
- During the drive, the guide will share insightful information about the animals, their behaviour, and the park’s unique ecosystems, enriching the experience for all participants.
- As the day comes to a close, the group will head to their lodge for a relaxing evening.
- After a delicious dinner, participants can unwind and reflect on the incredible wildlife encounters of the day. The lodge provides a peaceful setting for an overnight stay, ensuring a restful night before continuing the safari adventure the next day.

Day 2- Ngorongoro Crater back to Zanzibar
- After an early breakfast, participants will set off for the Ngorongoro Crater, embarking on a thrilling search for the elusive black rhino, one of the most challenging and sought-after animals to spot in the wild.
- The crater’s unique ecosystem makes it a prime location for spotting this rare species, along with many other incredible wildlife.
- Once inside the breathtaking crater, participants will witness a truly remarkable spectacle of nature. The Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as Africa’s "Noah's Ark," is home to a rich variety of wildlife that roams freely within the crater’s walls.
- Here, the group will have the chance to encounter elephants, hyenas, big cats, zebras, wildebeest, and rhinos, all coexisting in the fertile plains. The area’s abundant wildlife makes it a photographer's paradise, offering unparalleled opportunities to capture stunning images of African animals in their natural habitat.
- In the afternoon, the group will take a break at the serene hippo lake for lunch, where they can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The lake, a popular spot for hippos, is a perfect place to unwind while observing these fascinating creatures.
- After lunch, the game drive will continue as the group ascends back up to the crater rim, offering panoramic views of the crater below. This portion of the drive provides excellent opportunities for additional wildlife sightings and stunning photographs of the landscape.
- As the day comes to an end, participants will return to the lodge for a final evening in the heart of the safari.
- After checking out, the group will drive to Kilimanjaro Airport, where they will catch their evening flight back to Zanzibar.
- The journey will end with unforgettable memories of the incredible wildlife, landscapes, and experiences of one of Tanzania’s most iconic destinations.
