Itinerary

1. Day 1 - ARUSHA TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

   • After breakfast, you will have a full-day game drive into the Serengeti National Park.
   • Continuing as far as the eye can see is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti means "endless plain", and more than 2 million wildebeest inhabit this 6900 sq. mile (18000 sq. km) park. 
     • January to April is the season when wildebeest give birth to their calves, as also hundreds of thousands of plains zebras and Thomson's gazelles. 
     • Large predators, including lions, cheetahs and hyenas, are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park. 
   • Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat-eared foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds, then late evening drive to Acacia Central Camp.

2. Day 2 - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

   • Start an early Morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. You are completely flexible with your preferences, and this day will be organized according to your wishes. 
   • Every day of the safari, your guide will discuss the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake-up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the amp/lodge for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or go for a game drive with a picnic lunch. 
   • After the game drive, you will return to Acacia Central Camp.

3. Day 3 - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK- NGORONGORO HIGHLANDS

   • After breakfast, you will start the safari and head to the central part of the Serengeti. The entire two full days are dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. The areas that you visit will depend upon where the migrating herds are. Our professional guide will try to find the animals you’re most interested in.
   • They return up north during the longer rainy season from April to June. As the migration is completely dependent on the yearly rainfalls, the location of the herds may vary from year to year, but your guide will know where to locate the animals and where to see them best. Closer to lunchtime, you will visit the Serengeti visitor center, where you will be offered a lunch box and provided with lots of exciting information, especially about the park's history.
   • Serengeti National Park full-day game drive and a late evening drive to Ngorongoro crater, and you will go to Ngorongoro Lions Paw. 

4. Day 4 - NGORONGORO CRATER

   • After a hot and delicious breakfast, our professional drive guide will be ready to pick you up from Ngorongoro Lion’s Paw to start our game drive to the African Garden of Eden.
   • The crater is known for its high concentration of exciting animals; in no time, you will witness more spectacular sites as your driver tracks down anything you didn’t see before lunch.
   • After a long safari day, you will go to Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge.

5. Day 5 - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK TO ARUSHA

   • After a warm breakfast, you will go to Tarangire in the morning. After meeting up with your driver, you will start your safari and head to Tarangire national park and by 10:00 am, you will reach the park. 
   • On this two-hour drive, you will get a chance to see the remote areas of Tanzania, especially seeing the beautiful and one of the biggest art galleries, the African art gallery; then you may spot animals corridor before reaching Makuyuni, moreover, the beautiful Kisongo plain grassland as well as Arusha airport and absolutely during the journey you will see local houses especial Maasai houses and this will make one of the exciting safaris.
   • It is an endless experience to visit Tarangire due to the following;
     • Huge baobab trees
     • The highest density of elephants (home of an elephant)
     • Perennial Tarangire River 
     • Endless grassland
     • Over 500 species of birds
     • Palm trees
     • Little luck, you can spot pythons
   • After the safari, you will return to Arusha; if you have a flight to catch, we will transfer you to the airport. If you don’t, you will sleep under the same shade.
