I'm proudly born into the Maasai tribe, I am an experienced safari specialist by training and a wildlife photographer.I am a successful entrepreneur and owner of Monarch Safari Guides headquartered in Arusha, Tanzania, and with a feeder location in British Columbia, Canada.I lead an experienced team of vacation matchmakers who custom-design safari adventures to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and the southern circuit and treks up Mount Kilimanjaro.Also included in my portfolio are photographic safaris and cultural tours.I lead the way in a new trend of safari travel. My emphasis is on ecotourism, offering clients a more informative, adventurous, and intimate safari experience.I continually scout for, researchers, and selects new destinations that give clients the best eco-experience – one that puts them in touch with nature and with local communities. My knowledge of Tanzania’s culture, wildlife, and geology is extensive.My reputation precedes me as a passionate naturalist who “goes the extra mile” to ensure clients have a truly bespoke safari experience like no other.I am known for taking clients off the beaten track to remote places that provide clients with memory-making photographs.Integrity and professionalism are integral to me.I commit to serving my clients with honesty and sincerity, and I lead with the highest moral principles.On the family side, I am a proud daddy of two spirited little boys, who I hope will follow in my footsteps as safari guides.I come from a family of seven children who were born and raised in Arusha by loving parents.
