Morogoro to Bondwa Peak
- Wake up early morning at the hotel and have your breakfast. The Tour guide will be there on time to take you out to the top of the Uluguru Mountains (Bondwa peak 2,830 meters above sea level).
- However, the trail begins at the end of the Boma road and then passed up through the farmland into the Uluguru Villages and rises through the scattered farmsteads and some heavily degraded woodland, Bushland. Agriculture gradually becomes more intensive at the highest altitudes of the Uluguru mountains.
- After four hours, you will be in the Oldest German Mountain Hut (Morningside), and there you can get a little resting while you enjoyed the spectacular view of the Morogoro town from the Oldest German Mountain Hut and eat your lunch box as well.
- After a rest, you will continue trekking to the top of the Uluguru mountains and from Morningside to Bondwa Peak, which often takes three hours. You will pass through the tropical rainforest, which has different kinds of plants species, birds such as African Great Turaco, African Crown Eagle, Mountain Buzzard, African Goshawk, Monkey such as Black and White Colobus, Blue Monkey, Vervet Monkey, wildflowers.
