Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

   • Depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park.
   • Enjoy a full day of game drives, renowned for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse birdlife.

   Overnight stay at a lodge or tented camp near or within Tarangire.

2. Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

   • After breakfast, depart Tarangire and begin the journey towards the Serengeti.
   • This drive often includes passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering scenic views.
   • Enter the Serengeti National Park and enjoy an afternoon game drive.

   Overnight stay at a lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.

3. Day 3: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive

   • A full day dedicated to exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti.
   • This provides ample opportunity to witness the "Big Five" and, depending on the time of year, the Great Wildebeest Migration.
   • Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with a possible picnic lunch in the park.

   Overnight stay in the Serengeti.

4. Day 4: Serengeti Game Drive

   • Another day to explore the vast Serengeti. Depending on time of year, you can focus on areas where the migration is happening, or focus on areas with high concentrations of predators.
   • Morning and afternoon game drives.

   Overnight stay in the Serengeti.

5. Day 5: Serengeti to Arusha

   • Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti.
   • After the game drive, begin the drive back to Arusha.
   • Drop-off at your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
