Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hualien City

   • You will be picked up from your hotel and will spend time around Hualien City, visit the gorgeous and largest traditional southern Buddhist Temple, walk a few short trails, enjoy a lake view, and learn about the people living in Hualien.
   • You will visit the following places:
     • FongLin Lookout spot 
     • Sagur Trail
     • GonTen Temple
     • Liyu Lake Trail 
     • Qixingtan Beach bike or walk

   Stay in Hualien.

2. Day 2: East Rift Valley

   • On the second day, you will visit the East Rift Valley between two mountain ranges. One connects to the Eurasian Plate, and the other to the Pacific Ocean Plate. This valley has beautiful natural scenery, and you will see various lifestyles here.

   • You will visit the following places:

     • East Rift Valley scenic Highway 9

     • Hakka cultural experience (tea grinding) 

     • Linten Mt. 

     • Sugar Factory

     • Tropic of cancer 

   Stay in Hualien.

3. Day 3: Pacific Ocean Coast

   • On the third day, you will visit the beautiful coastline, what an incredible landscape, and excellent ocean view and learn some different stories about aboriginal who have lived here for more than two thousand years.

   • Drive along the Pacific Ocean coast and visit Fanshuliao Mini Gorge, an excellent shipping spot, and the Tropic of Cancer (oceanside).

   • Enjoy the Amis cultural experience, Hualien Skywalk, and Baci viewpoint. 

   • Sea Rice Paddy.

   • Take a walk beside the ocean.

   • After the tour concludes, you will be taken back to your hotel.
