Buyukada Island tour
Start the tour at 9:00 AM in the morning. Join us aboard a ferry, bound for the charming Princes’ Islands. Travel to reach Büyükada, the largest of the island chain, famous with Sandy beaches and pinewood scenery, but we will pass by four other islands on the way. Witness the other islands on the day, famous for their mild climates, lush vegetation, ornate Ottoman houses, and car-free roads.
Hop on the horse-drawn carriages (Phaetons), which we will use on our circular tour of Büyükada, passing elegant mansions draped in brilliant purple bougainvillea.
Lunch at one of the many excellent traditional fish-restaurants on the waterfront, gazing across the water at the Asian shore of Istanbul.
Learn the art demonstration of hand made Turkish carpets at the end of the tour.
Wrap up the tour by 17:00.
