1. Turkish Hammam Tour

   • After booking the Turkish Bath Tour (Hammam), be ready for a relaxing day filled with being treated as King or a Queen.
   • You will be picked up from your hotel at the scheduled time.
   • As you arrive at Turkish Hammam, you will be welcomed and greeted. Hammam takes an important place in Turkish culture. Procedures were widely used during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, who said that “cleanliness is half of faith.”Real Hamnams differ from saunas in a special structure in the form of a palm with 5 fingers. In the centre, there is always a hall with a marble stone; inside it is a wood-burning stove that maintains the temperature. Humidity is always high in Hammam, and the air temperature does not exceed 50 degrees. Turkish baths have no contraindications and are suitable even for people who cannot stand the heat. Turkish Hammam is a historical ritual popular in Turkey up to this day. Accompanied by pleasant cleansing procedures, peeling, and massage using natural oils. People say that after visiting all five rooms of Hammam, the body is cleansed and rejuvenated. Also, "peshtamal" is used in a sauna or steam room; you place "peshtamal" in sauna woods and lay on it
   • You will be given a locker room and "peshtamal". It is a cover for your body.
   • After the sauna, as you enter the steam room, you may wrap "peshtamal" around and sit a bit in the steam room.
   • Afterwards, you enter a Turkish bath (Hammam), and you will be assisted by a professional masseur/masseuse, where you will get full body peeling on marble stones. 
   • As your body is cleaned to its pores and relaxed, the next step is foam massage. You will be given a full-body foam massage. You will be surprised how foam massage helps your body to let go of all of the stress contained in your body.
   • There is also a traditional oil massage; you will be covered with natural oils, your body will be joyful from the smell, and your bones will finally relax.
   • Local women often arrange bathing days and can spend several hours drinking tea and doing pleasant procedures. Turkish bath (Hammam) has a positive effect on health because only natural materials are used in the decor of the rooms, so lying on hot marble and breathing in fragrant wood vapours is good for the functioning of the lungs. Natural olive soap is whipped into a thick foam that gently envelops the entire body and nourishes it with oils.
