Doganbey Village Tour
- Meet with your guide at your pick up point and then drive to Doganbey, a village left by the Greeks who migrated to Greece due to the exchange during the War of Independence, leaning on the Mykale Mountains (Dilek Mountains).
- Explore buildings such as residences, shops, hospitals and fountains in the village reflect the architectural features of the late Ottoman period. Since the village was abandoned by the villagers who settled as a result of the exchange in the past, the people who bought the houses restored them in accordance with the original.
- Stone houses, narrow streets and natural beauties of the village, which attracts great attention, especially with its architecture, are worth seeing. The village was founded with the name “Domatia”, which means rooms in Greek, took the name “Doğanbey” over time.
