Visit the Egyptian Bazaar, also known as the Spice Market, located just behind the Yeni Mosque neighborhood in Eminonu at the entrance to the Golden Horn.
Learn about the history of this bazaar, originally made of wood in the mid-17th century by architect Kazim Aga and got its name from the fact that the Egyptians used to sell their spices, herbs, medicinal plants and medicines.
See and smell many interesting condiments such as dried fruits and nuts, different types of tea, oils and essences, sweets, honeycombs, and aphrodisiacs.
Pass through the fortresses of Anadolu and Rumeli that face each other.
Proceed to the Bosphorus Bridge that extends from the European part to the Asian part of Istanbul and joins the European continent with the Asian continent.
Continue to Beylerbeyi, where the Asian pillar of the Bosphorus Bridge sits.
Discover the Beylerbeyi Palace, built by Sultan Abdülmecid between 1861-1865 on the site of another wooden mansion.
