Visit the Co-operative, which is a 10 minutes drive from Ephesus. It is run by over 70 Semi-nomadic families, with a revolving fund principle as a co-operative / trading post.
Get a demo on the preparation of material/silk production.
Get a demo on the weaving looms with the local ladies. Learn to make the double- knots on the looms.
Watch a visual exhibit of the finest examples of Nomadic / Turkish Carpets. See the rare-find reproduction of the world's oldest-known pattern - the Pazyryk Rug dating back to the 6th Century BC.
