1. Hadrian's Gate

2. Kaleici Old Town

   • Antalya Kaleiçi is the historic heart of Antalya, a picturesque district that captures the essence of the city's rich history and charm. 
   • Nestled within ancient city walls, Kaleiçi boasts narrow winding streets lined with well-preserved Ottoman and Roman architecture, creating a captivating blend of the past and present. 
   • You will explore charming boutiques, traditional Turkish houses, and vibrant street markets. The area is home to numerous historic landmarks, including Hadrian's Gate, a triumphal arch dating back to the Roman period, and the Kesik Minare (Broken Minaret), a former Roman temple turned Byzantine church. Kaleiçi is also known for its lively atmosphere, with cosy cafes, restaurants, and bars tucked away in hidden corners. 3. Old City Marina

   • Navigate down from Kaleici to Antalya Marina using the steep stone steps, wearing secure footwear to prevent slipping. 
   • The descent is worthwhile as you arrive at the delightful crescent-shaped marina, where fishing boats and upscale yachts share space. 
   • Observe fishermen showcasing their latest catches and engage in conversations with yacht owners. 
   • Take a moment to relax at one of the small cafes offering coffee or tea. 
   • Cast your gaze back towards the plateau, the core of Antalya, for a distinctive view of the landmarks from a lower vantage point.

4. Panoramic Elevator of Antalya

   • Behold the enchanting Kaleiçi Panoramic Elevator, a mesmerizing creation brought to life by visionary minds in 2014. This whimsical elevator serves as a magical link, gracefully connecting the historic Kaleiçi district to the alluring port area in Antalya. 
   • Imagine going on our way from the picturesque Tophane Tea Garden, nestled along the ancient walls of Kaleiçi. The panoramic elevator, a true architectural gem, effortlessly descends 30 meters below sea level, creating a seamless and enchanting transition. 5. Antalya Clock Tower

Erected in the late 19th century during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II, this elegant structure stands as a symbol of the city's Ottoman heritage. The clock tower has become a prominent landmark, originally built as part of the city's fortifications.

6. Yivli (curved) Minaret and Social Complex

The Yivli Minaret, with its distinctive fluted design, stands tall, whispering tales of the Seljuk era. 7. Hıdırlık Tower

   • Hıdırlık Tower (tr. Hıdırlık Kulesi) is one of these historical buildings, such as the Hadrian's Gate, the Fluted Minaret and the Clock Tower, which have become the symbols inextricably associated with Antalya. However, it is not the tower that attracts many visitors; it is the beautiful views of Antalya Bay, which look incredibly stunning from this vantage point. The tower is one of the oldest surviving monuments in the city. It is built of yellow-brown stone blocks. Its lower story was erected on the square plan at the turn of the 2nd century AD as a part of the city fortifications. Soon, in the 2nd century, the second story was added, this time on the circular plan. The upper part of the building underwent extensive renovations during the Seljuk and Ottoman periods.

8. Antalya Old Bazaar

   • Shopping is an integral part of any trip. Doesn’t everyone want to bring something home to remember their adventures by? For some, strolling through the shops is a peaceful therapy session. It is an exhilarating adrenaline rush for others as they discover unique finds and haggle for the best price. While weekly markets are held in almost every neighbourhood in Antalya, the Antalya Bazaar is a must-visit. Of the more than 80 markets in Antalya, the Old Bazaar has one of the broadest shop varieties and most authentic experiences.
