Terrible Communication and Unreliable

We tried to organize a desert tour with Ben, but his communication was terrible. He suggested two very nice accommodations, and when we confirmed he said he would take care of the reservations and keep us informed. After that, complete silence. A few days later I asked for information, which was extremely incomplete. I had to insist on knowing which accommodation he had booked, and it turned out to be a terrible place not even in the desert. Despite our complaints, he insisted until the last moment to go ahead with the trip. Given Ben's total unreliability, we canceled the tour, which we then happily organized with another, much more serious agency. Our advice: avoid him.

We sincerely thank Ben for unforgettable trips to great sights of Tunesia. His trips were very well laid out and comprised a great variety of interesting places. He planned ahead very thoroughly, was always reliable and his explanations were highly interesting. He was always ready to answer all of our questions and to help with practical information. We also gained valuable insights into his nomadic background. We always felt very safe and in good hands with Ben and his experienced driver and can only recommend him to future travellers to Tunesia.
