- Take a short stop at Testour, the small rural Moorish town.
- Visit the best preserved ancient Roman city in Tunisia, Dougga.
- Explore Tunis Medina.

Day 3- Kairouan - Sousse - El Djem
- Visit the holy city Kairouan (Mosque, mausoleum, Medina).
- Go to the archaeological museum of Sousse.
- Walk across Sousse Medina and head to the Arab Ribat.
Overnight in El Djem.

Day 4- Matmata - Zemmour
- Visit the roman colosseum, the biggest monument in Africa.
- Discover the Berber village Matmata, known for the underground dwellings called Troglodytes.
- Drive across the Dahar mountains range.
- Head to the Ksar of Zemmour (hiking, climbing, walking).
Overnight in Zemmour.

Day 5- Tataouine - Essouk - Tunis
- Explore the Dahar area.
- Visit the Berber village Chenini in Tataouine.
- Head to the Ksar Ouled Soltane, an ancient Berber granary.
- Then, go to the Djerba Synagogue called Ghriba. (confirmation a day before)
- Next, proceed to Houmet Essouk, capital of Djerba.
- Afterwards, fly back to Tunis.
