- Visit the Zitouna mosque, one of the oldest and most important mosques in Tunisia, and the spice souk, where you can buy and taste spices, herbs and makrouds, cakes made from semolina, dates and honey.

- Enjoy couscous, Tunisia's national dish, made with semolina, vegetables, meat and sauce, Dar Slah which, beyond its gastronomic delights, also offers engaging culinary activities, including cooking classes suitable for adults and children.
- Visit a spice store in Souk El Blat, one of Tunis' oldest and liveliest souks. It specializes in the sale of food products, particularly spices.
- During this visit, tourists will have the opportunity to discover the world of Tunisian spices. They can learn how to recognize, use and combine them to create unique flavors.
