Description
Explore the world-famous Postojna Cave in the Karst region, only a 50-minute drive from Koper. Enter the mysterious, more than 20 km long Karst cave system with great underground galleries and halls. It is a vast underground world with unique formations. You'll ride a train and walk through the cave. Magnificent cavernous halls with impressive sculptures and colours will take your breath away. You will continue for a beautiful photo stop and some free time at Predjama Castle perched high on a cliff. This castle dates back to the 16th century, but evidence indicates that this steep and imposing cliff was fortified in the 13th century. The entire tour lasts about 1.5 hours and ends back in Koper.
