Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
- 5:30 am - Pick up from hotel in Kigali and drive to Volcanoes National Park headquarters office. It's 1 hour 30 minutes; on the way, we will take a stopover for relaxation. You pass magnificent views of the hill countryside, which gives Rwanda the name of "the country of thousand hills".
- 7:00 am - Briefing and choosing a gorilla family to interact with.
- 7:30 am - Trekking starts in the home of the mountain gorillas.
- Trekking can take 4-5 hours, and we will have 1 hour to stay with a gorilla family.
- After trekking, drive back to your hotel in Kigali with lunch on the way.
