I am a proffesional tour guide and I love my job.I had worked in hotel mangement before working as a guide, therefore I have many years of experience in customer service industries.However, I found that I feel the most comfortable in the shoes of a tour guide.When I am taking a tour I don't insist on history facts or some boring statistical information.I am trying to find interesting stories that will be interesting for tourists from all over the world. In the meanwhile I like to chat about everydays life.The most important thing for me is for my toursts to have good time on my tours and to bring good memoires about my country when they leave.
